Nomad 2 Data Logger

The Nomad 2 Data Logger is at the heart of Second Wind's resource assessment systems. Designed with Second Wind's principles of flexibility, simplicity, and economy, the Nomad 2 offers advanced functionality and simplfied installation while reducing system costs. Field friendly. Nomad 2 incorporates features such as a clear, bright readout even in low temperatures and high sunshine, and an easy-to-maintain shelter box design. Smart power management. Nomad 2 manages transducer power and sensor excitation to get the most out of your batteries -- or will run continuously with an optional solar package. More sensor inputs. Connect up to 12 anemometers or other frequency or state devices to the Nomad 2. Another 8 analog inputs connect directly to wind vanes, thermistors, or transducers. Get your data your way. Nomad 2 can be bundled with several different remote communications options as part of a complete wind resource assessment system (see Complete 60m Tower Systems for more information).
